When you make a purchase on this Web Site, you are buying directly from NATUREXT. All prices stated on this Web Site for goods are inclusive of the legally applicable Singapore local Goods Services Tax (GST). Prices are clearly set out to you prior to your purchase and at the point of order confirmation. Prices may occasionally contain errors and omissions and we cannot guarantee that all information and descriptions stated are at all times accurate. NATUREXT is not obliged to sell the products with the incorrect prices. We will use reasonable endeavour to correct any errors or omissions as soon as we take notice of or are informed about them. NATUREXT reserves the right to change, modify, remove, add, or substitute any information on the Web Site without notice.
Where there is an error or omission after a purchase has been made, we will (1) offer you a refund of the difference if we charged you more than the actual price of the order; or (2) inform you of the error in charging you less than actual price and give you the option to pay the correct (higher) price or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We will not entertain changes to orders that are already confirmed with payment made. This includes changes to the specific items ordered, quantity, or the delivery address. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation and receive a full refund of your payment.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery and shipping fees will be stated on the Web Site and set forth to you again at the point of payment.
Delivery estimates stated on this Web Site are only estimates and will not guarantee the date and time of delivery. We will do all we can within reasonable means in meeting the expected date provided for delivery. Please also take note that date and time of delivery will be subjected to circumstances.
RECEPTION OF GOODS
Legal title of goods will immediately be transferred to you (i.e. the goods will become your personal property and come under your ownership) when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided to us.
OUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Naturext™ reserves the right to cancel an order before the goods are delivered due to an event outside our reasonable control. This may include equipment breakdown, transportation unavailability or breakdown, or other unforeseen events. We will promptly notify you at the contact number provided if this happens.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is our Return Policy that goods with a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise do not conform to your order specifications may be returned. If you return defective, faulty or non-conforming goods to us, these returned goods will be further inspected at our warehouse. If we acknowledge the defect or fault or that the goods do not match your order, we will do a 1-to-1 replacement or provide a partial or full refund of the value of the goods. The value refunded will be dependent on the condition of the goods returned. If the goods have been opened and consumed, these goods may not be eligible for returns. Any delivery or shipping charges incurred will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund and/or the cost of the delivery of your return in the event that the goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery to you.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
When you place an order on this Web Site, the order will be shipped to the address indicated by you during the ordering process. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address indicated is compliant with the respective local, state, federal and international laws, as well as that of the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases made from this Web Site are bound by a shipment contract, which states that any risk of loss and title for items purchased online from IABPI Pte Ltd will be between you and the carrier. You will be responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipment orders.
