Cardiovascular disease is a class of diseases that involve the heart or blood vessels. Cardiovascular disease includes coronary artery diseases such as heart attack.   • Shortness of breath noted during activity (most commonly) or at rest, especially when you lie down flat in bed

  • Swelling in ankles, legs, and abdomen
  • Dizziness, fatigue and weakness
  • Rapid or irregular heartbeats
